  • CNC machines for Angle Cutting, punching and marking of various angles upto 150X150X16mm angle.
  • Hydraulic and mechanical power presses upto 250MT capacity.

Fabrication Shop

  • AWS certified welders along with skilled and qualified technicians of various disciplines.
  • Numerous MIG welding machines, baking, holding and carrying ovens.
  • Hydraulic Pipe cutting machines (up to 280mm diameter.)
  • Drills and Magnetic broach cutters.
  • Lathe machines and thread rolling machine for anchor bolts (up to 100mm diameter).
  • Plate Rolling Machine for 2500mm wide plates and up to 25mm in thickness.

Galvanizing Plant

Cell Com is equipped with two galvanizing plants with zinc bath sizes :

  • 7.5M x 1.2M x 1.0M with a capacity of 18000 MT/ Annum
  • 3.0M x 0.9M x 1.2M with a capacity of 6000 MT/ Annum
